Tottenham Hotspur are ready to battle several top Premier League clubs including arch-rivals Arsenal to sign Wolves star Matheus Cunha. Newcastle United, Aston Villa, Nottingham Forest and Manchester United are other clubs who have the Brazil international on their shortlist.
Cunha has enjoyed a fantastic season with Wolves and earned a new contract with them but his future remains uncertain. The 25-year-old wants to play for a bigger club to achieve success as several clubs desire his services next summer.
Wolves are currently 17th in the Premier League table and will play the Lilywhites on Sunday with Cunha potentially involved. While Spurs have nothing to lose and one eye on the Europa League, this game could help them assess Cunha.

According to Fichajes, Tottenham are ready to battle arch-rival Arsenal and other Premier League clubs to sign Cunha from Wolves. All the clubs are willing to pay £75m for the Brazilian, leaving it up to Cunha to decide his future.
Spurs have Dominik Solanke as their lead forward and need suitable competition for the Englishman amid the strenuous fixture schedule. The Lilywhites faced severe problems with an injury crisis this season and need more quality depth in their current squad.
Furthermore, Cunha provides a vastly different set of skills and style of play compared to Solanke, something that Spurs need. The 25-year-old’s trickery, hold-up play and hard-working ethic combined with his finishing are a major asset for any top club.
Cunha also has the versatility to play at any attacking position behind the number nine if required by the manager. The 25-year-old has played 29 games in all competitions for Wolves this season, contributing with 15 goals and four assists.
