TBR chief correspondent Graeme Bailey has now revealed which European Under-21 championship talents are set to be monitored by Premier League clubs throughout June. He states scouts from Tottenham will have their sights set on some prodigies that have a bright future in the game.

Toulouse forward Noah Edjouma has emerged as a target for the North London outfit. TBR Football reports several Premier League outfits admire the Toulouse whizkid, but a move to Tottenham this summer “cannot be ruled out”.

A youth product of the Toulouse academy, the 19-year-old made his senior debut in January 2024 in a cup game. He enjoyed his breakthrough season during this past term, netting two goals in 10 Ligue 1 games. Having gone the first half of the season without any minutes, manager Carles Novell decided to use him from February and the teenager helped Toulouse secure a respectable 10th-place finish in Ligue 1.

Edjouma’s performances in Toulouse senior side have not gone unnoticed, with an array of Premier League clubs keen on his signature. Tottenham have also expressed an interest in the French youngster, who will be raring to make an impression in the upcoming European Under-21 championship and garner more attention.

Spurs already have a strong core of young talent which incoming boss Thomas Frank will aim to nurture next season and beyond. Lucas Bergvall stood out with his performances this past season, becoming a regular starter after one point and keeping the likes of Yves Bissouma and James Maddison out of the side under former boss Ange Postecoglou.
