Manor Solomon continues to face an uncertain future as Tottenham Hotspur welcome suitors
After a very good start to their 2025-26 Premier League campaign, with a 3-0 win over Burnley and a 2-0 win over Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur found out how difficult the league is going to be as they lost 1-0 to Bournemouth in their last game.
As a result, the club might look to strengthen its offensive line even further in the last days of the summer transfer window after having already landed Xavi Simons a few days ago.
Meanwhile, Thomas Frank will also have to make some decisions about some of the forwards he has in his squad currently. In these first three Premier League games, the Danish tactician has relied mainly on Richarlison, Mohammed Kudus, and Brennan Johnson.
Dominic Solanke was unavailable for the Bournemouth game because of a physical issue, while Manor Solomon’s future at the club is quite uncertain. After spending the last season on loan with Leeds United, the Israeli forward was again linked with a permanent departure from the North London club this summer.
The wingers wants to stay but Tottenham will listen to offers
However, as per a report from Football.london, the winger wants to remain at Tottenham for the next season. On the other hand, the Lilywhite club will still listen to any offers that come for him on the last day of the summer transfer window before making a final decision about him.
The 26-year-old forward can play on both the wings and also as a playmaker centrally, and thus, he can come in quite handy for Thomas Frank going forward. Playing in the Championship last season, he showed that he is not lacking in talent or goalscoring abilities, as he scored 10 goals and provided 12 assists for Leeds United in 39 appearances.
However, he has not proved to be a very good player for Tottenham so far, and a move away could have proven to be the best way forward for both the parties. But with only one day left in the market, the Spurs manager might have to find a way to utilize the Israeli winger in the best possible manner if his departure does not materialize.
