Thomas Frank confirms Tottenham Hotspur star Cristian Romero is fine after Manchester United injury concern

Spurs and Manchester United shared points after a dramatic 2-2 draw at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Brayan Mbeumo opened the scoring for the Red Devils in the first half, but Mathys Tel and Richarlison scored two late goals in the second half to put Spurs in the driving seat. When the victory was almost certain for Tottenham, Matthijs de Ligt scored a header from a corner kick in the dying moments of the game to win a point for his side.

It was a stellar attacking display from Tottenham, who looked much improved since their dismal 1-0 defeat against Chelsea last weekend. However, with injuries mounting for Spurs, the fans were worried about the fitness of Cristian Romero and Kolo Muani, who were substituted in the second half against United.

Kolo Muani started the game in attack, combining with Richarlison, but the Frenchman was taken off at halftime to make way for Wilson Odobert. With just a few minutes of normal time remaining, Romero was substituted for Kevin Danso.
