Tottenham Hotspur have been working hard to revamp their roster for a while now. And now the decision-makers at Hotspur Way will have a similar task yet again in the upcoming winter window, where the North Londoners will be looking to trim the squad as per Thomas Frank’s blueprint.
And this time around it will be about freeing minutes (and money) in positions where the Lilywhites can revamp their roster.
There are three players that the North Londoners would be looking to ship off at N17.
3 players Tottenham should ship off in winter window
Richarlison

Tottenham need to sell the Brazilian international if the right offer arrives for the former Evertonian.
The 28-year-old had never found his feet at Tottenham until the start of the inning season after Thomas Frank took charge of proceedings at Hotspur Way.
Richy is more of a chaos forward that lives based on instincts. But his intensity of chaos has been decreasing with games this season. This makes sense because he hasn’t played a lot in past years.
But given his recently found purple patch, there is a chance that Tottenham can sell him for a decent fee. And given how Tottenham had been looking to get some fee back on his services last summer, this winter looks like a perfect opportunity for the North Londoners to ship him off for a reasonable price.
Yves Bissouma

He has been on the selling list at Hotspur Way for some time now. In fact, Bissouma was quite close to securing a sale last summer, but an ill-timed injury meant that he is still on the books at Hotspur Way.
The Malian international has his contract due at Tottenham at the conclusion of the ongoing campaign. And this January looks like the ideal time for Tottenham to recoup some fee for the former Brighton star.
Thomas Frank’s structure gives big importance to positional discipline, and that is one thing that Bissouma has always been inconsistent with since he signed at Tottenham.
And now with Palhinha and Bentancur establishing themselves as a balanced pivot with Sarr and Bergvall in contention behind them, making it quite difficult for Bissouma to get a run in.
Moreover, there are young midfielders in Tottenham ranks, like Callum Olusesi, who can instead get a chance every here and there.
Dane Scarlett

Scarlett has had a few bench cameos this season, but with Dominic Solanke coming back, there is quite a fight to get minutes in that #9 role. And this is where Scarlett needs to prioritise getting those regular minutes under his belt.
He has always been a highly rated player at Hotspur Way, but he is yet to find similar strides in senior football. And this is where some 1500-2000 minutes under his belt a season is going to help him hone his skills.
Tottenham are targeting another striker anyway, so maybe loaning out Scarlett and then searching for an ideal player to take on the #9 role from Richarlison makes sense.
