Dejan Kulusevski has provided an update on his recover from injury at Tottenham Hotspur
Tottenham Hotspur have been dealing with quite some injury problems of late, with Thomas Frank making do with many absentees in his roster. But the Lilywhites could be set to have a massive injury boost, as long-term injured winger Dejan Kulusevski has taken visible steps to aid his recovery.
The Swede has been seeing the sidelines since May, given the knee injury that he picked up against Crystal Palace. But he has been filmed doing individual work on grass during the ongoing international hiatus, which is a massive sight of excitement for a lot of Lilywhites supporters.
Kulusevski spotted training on grass

There was a video shared (via. The Standard) which shows the 25-year-old training with a Tottenham coach in Dubai. Alongside the former Juventus star is Destiny Udogie, who is also present in that warm-weather training camp.
This is a massive sign of encouragement for the North Londoners, given that Thomas Frank said that Kulusevski was not yet back “on the grass” at the end of October.
While, given that he was out for a long time, the timing of having him back would be set with caution. But the fact that there is a chance that the Swede could be available for the Lilywhites before the turn of the year is a massive sign for Tottenham.
TTLB Opinion

Given how Tottenham have been struggling in the attacking phases of late, having Kulusevski back will play a massive factor in how Thomas Frank looks to add more goal-scoring threat to phases of possession. With James Maddison injured and Xavi Simons still finding his feet on the English shores, having the silky winger and creator back could be a big positive for Tottenham.
Kulusevski needs to keep stacking up on good days in Dubai and then at Hotspur Way. It may still be some time until we finally see him on the pitch, but these are positive signs for going into a very hectic schedule.
Kulusevski has not played a single minute under Frank yet. So getting him through these individual training sessions without any reaction to the injury will be a priority among the staff at Tottenham. Once that is done, Thomas Frank and his staff can think about reintegrating the Swede with the main group at Hotspur Way.
