Fabio Paratici is expected to leave Tottenham soon.
Fabio Paratici is set to call curtains on his short-lived second spell at Hotspur Way at the end of the ongoing January transfer window.
Fabio Paratici nears Fiorentina move

There were reports stating that the former Juventus chief would oversee his final game at N17 against Aston Villa last weekend as he lines up his role at Fiorentina. But it looks like he is about to stay out this window. This would bring an end to a short but turbulent second spell that he had in North London. Paratici only returned to Tottenham just last October.
He was forced to resign in 2023 after he was given a 30-month ban by FIFA, but the North Londoners chose to stand by him and bring him back into the fold at Tottenham.
And now, only three months to his arrival, it looks like he is heading for the exit again. And his departure comes at a time when there are serious questions being asked about where the club is heading on and off the pitch.
Fabio Paratici never wanted Thomas Frank at Hotspur Way

Tottenham brought Thomas Frank from Brentford last summer. But what was a widely celebrated appointment at N17 has turned sour as soon as the Dane’s reign at Tottenham has quickly turned into what has been a deeply disappointing 2025/26 season.
The North Londoners, at the time of writing, sit 14th in the Premier League table after just having been knocked out of the FA Cup by Aston Villa. And you can see how large sections of the supporters want the Dane to be shown the door, which comes down to the results as well as the pragmatic approach that the club has taken under Frank.
According to a report from The Athletic, Paratici never believed that Frank was the right man for Tottenham in the first place. The report goes on to state that he instead wanted to make an appointment of his own.
And while there is this growing pressure on Frank’s head, the hierarchy at Hotspur Way want to continue to stick with the 52-year-old head coach for now. And in a twist which sums up the current state of the club, it will be Paratici who leaves, not Frank.
While Paratici may be leaving, going out the door first, if the results do not improve quickly, he is unlikely to be the last high-profile figure to walk out the door at Hotspur Way.
