Tottenham Under-19 women came from two goals down to earn a bonus point.

The young goalkeeper, Sophie Jackson, saved three consecutive penalties to secure a vital bonus point.

Tottenham Hotspur Under 19s delivered an absolute thriller on Wednesday afternoon. The young squad pulled off a massive two goal comeback against the London City Lionesses Under 21s. A late surge secured a two all draw before a penalty shootout masterclass earned a vital bonus point.

The Professional Game Academy League clash looked completely out of reach by the hour mark. London City captain Tara Walsh opened the scoring just past the half hour mark following a chaotic goalmouth scramble. Lucy Hope then doubled the advantage for the hosts. Tottenham looked totally defeated.

Grace Bellwood is in the form of her life. The attacker netted the crucial equaliser just five minutes from the final whistle. She shifted the ball onto her left foot and curled a beautiful low strike into the bottom corner. That makes it three goals in three games for the talented forward. The game went straight to a shootout to decide the extra league point. Goalkeeper Sophie Jackson completely stole the show.

The England Under 20 international saved all three London City attempts with incredible reflexes. Rania Oukriss, Lucy Barraclough and Lexi Withey confidently dispatched their penalties. Spurs sealed a comprehensive three-to-zero shootout victory. There was also a massive positive injury update for the club. Evie Northwood finally returned to competitive action.
