Tottenham were held to a 1-1 draw against Leeds United.
Tottenham Hotspur centre forward Randal Kolo Muani has been struggling to put up respectable performances along the ongoing 2025/26 campaign.
While he did come to Hotspur Way with high expectations, he has only managed to have one goal to his name in 28 Premier League outings donning that Spurs badge. Starting on the wings against Leeds United, he had yet another average outing, earning a 5/10 rating.
Juventus reach agreement for Randal Kolo Muani transfer
And those outputs mean the North Londoners are not expected to pursue a permanent deal for him. With Tottenham interested in singing him out of the picture, given that Tottenham will not pursue his signing for that €30m asking price.
And it increasingly looks like his time at N17 will draw to a close as he will return to PSG when his loan expires, but the latest news from Gazzetta dello Sport via Le 10 Sport insists that Juventus have already reached an agreement with PSG over a deal to re-sign the Frenchman in the off-season.
The report also goes on to insist that Juve have also managed to get an agreement in principle with the 27-year-old over a return to Juventus.
Kolo Muani will return to PSG when his loan expires at the end of the season. Kolo Muani did have a good time when he was playing at Allianz Arena, where he netted 13 goals in 37 games that he played in all competitions. And while they were trying to land him on another move last summer, Daniel Levy managed to come in at the last minute and bring him to Tottenham in what was a surprising deadline day move.
But with his time at Tottenham surely not extending beyond this season, Juventus have learnt from their mistakes and moved fast to win the race to his signing before the summer window opens. They leveraged their relationship with Kolo Muani, which gives them a clear advantage over suitors, and they are also said to have an agreement in place with PSG, which makes a summer move quite likely.
Kolo Muani was also linked with Liverpool
Liverpool were also linked with Kolo Muani, with the Merseysiders looking at him as a possible short-term solution at L4 after Hugo Ekitike got injured. But the Reds were only open to a loan transfer instead of a permanent one.
Kolo Muani showed genuine quality in flashes donning the Tottenham badge, especially in that win against Aston Villa. But a permanent transfer was always going to be a bit of a stretch given that he has not really been half decent this season.
