Tottenham are pushing to sign Mishel Nduka and Darren Motsi as Johan Lange continues his aggressive academy recruitment drive.

Tottenham Hotspur are refusing to let up on their aggressive domestic youth recruitment strategy, pushing hard to secure two more of the country’s most highly rated teenage prospects. The Lilywhites are firmly in the race to land former Arsenal midfielder Mishel Nduka alongside Leicester City starlet Darren Motsi.

According to an update from HotspurReports on X, the North London club has already intensified their pursuit. Nduka visited Tottenham’s Hotspur Way training complex to hold targeted discussions regarding a potential move.

Nduka Targets Next Chapter After Rejecting Arsenal

The sudden push for Nduka comes after the 16-year-old midfielder officially left Arsenal’s academy structure upon the expiry of his contract. Despite the Gunners presenting him with a fresh contract offer to extend his development at the Emirates Stadium, the technical midfielder chose to reject the proposal in search of a different pathway.

Nduka, a skilful England under-16 international who recently broke into Arsenal’s under-18 and under-19 lineups, has drawn immense praise from youth scouts across the country. Tottenham are incredibly eager to pair him up with fellow elite prospects at Hotspur Way, but technical director Johan Lange will have to fight off intense heavy competition from Manchester City to finalize the signature.

Alongside the active talks for Nduka, Tottenham’s recruitment department has laid down substantial groundwork to secure Leicester City’s teenage forward Darren Motsi. The 15-year-old attacker has enjoyed an exceptional developmental season with the Foxes, even earning a series of high-level opportunities within their under-21 setup.

Motsi’s tactical flexibility in the final third, alongside his creative instincts, has inevitably caught the eye of the Premier League’s elite. While Spurs are firmly in the mix to sign him, the race remains incredibly wide open, with both Liverpool and Manchester City also tracking the young forward closely.

Following the late frustration of losing out on Arsenal’s Kyran Thompson to a dramatic Newcastle hijack, the Tottenham board is eager to move quickly and wrap up these premium academy deals to avoid another late twist.
