In November 2025, the former Spurs striker scored both goals in a 2-0 win over Portugal and three days later added a hat-trick, including a 96th-minute winner, in a 3-2 win away to Hungary. Now, according to Miguel Delaney of the Independent on X, Parrott is closing in on a move to Real Betis. The two clubs are in advanced talks over a €20m deal for the Republic of Ireland international, and there is optimism that a move will go through.
Real Betis finished fifth in La Liga last season and subsequently qualified for the Champions League, meaning Parrott will get opportunities to showcase his talent at a high level in the upcoming season. The centre-forward’s move to Benito Villamarin would represent welcome news for Tottenham. The North Londoners stand to collect a sizeable sum from the player’s move to Real Betis.
