Tottenham Hotspur have formally confirmed that their beloved Legends outfit will return to action next spring. While bragging rights naturally remain a talking point whenever these clubs lock horns, the afternoon serves a far greater mission. Ticket proceeds and donations will provide vital financial support directly to Spurs in the Community. The event also raises substantial funds to boost the charitable efforts orchestrated across West London by the Chelsea FC Foundation.

Reigniting A Classic London Derby

Leaders from both institutions were quick to voice their shared excitement for the spring spectacle. Chief Executive of Spurs in the Community Marc Leckie told club media, “Matches between Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea have produced so many memorable moments over the years, and it will be great to see some familiar faces come together again.”

That enthusiasm was mirrored by Chelsea FC Foundation Chief Executive Laura Cordingley, who praised the collaboration between the clubs. She explained that the fixture will reignite a legendary rivalry on the pitch while raising crucial funds for life changing impact off the pitch.

Fans always relish these special dates on the football calendar. The North Londoners last fielded their Legends squad at a Premier League ground back in March 2025. On that occasion, a star studded Tottenham side earned an entertaining 6-2 win over AC Milan Glorie at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Club officials confirmed that squad announcements will arrive in due course. Seeing iconic figures pull on the famous white shirt once more guarantees plenty of excitement for travelling fans. The Lilywhites aim to produce another dominant display while supporting two wonderful community initiatives this Easter weekend.
