Rashford has struggled to find his footing at Old Trafford under Erik ten Hag this season, as the United Academy graduate has just recorded eight goals in 42 appearances in the recently concluded campaign, which is a massive depreciation from his tally of 30 goals in 56 games last season. A United exit will be an appealing measure for the officials at Carrington, as that would relieve the club of Rashford’s hefty £375,000-a-week wages. However, it is to be seen if they would sell him to Premier League rivals.
