Latest Tottenham news: Jack Grealish and Jarrod Bowen score for club wins

Tottenham had a disappointing result at the weekend with a 1-1 draw against Arsenal. Spurs were a little fortunate to get a point after Hugo Lloris saved a late penalty.

The point kept us four points ahead of the Gunners as the race for the top four heats up. Some Spurs players had a poor outing on Saturday, but that cannot be said regarding a couple of our transfer targets.

Jack Grealish couldn’t join Spurs in the summer (h/t Sky Sports), however, the midfielder scored in Aston Villa’s impressive 4-0 win over Derby County.

The Englishman hasn’t been in great form this season but has three goals and three assists from the last seven games.

Villa need a bit of a miracle to gain promotion next season, and it will be interesting to see what happens with Grealish in the upcoming summer window.

Bowen keeps firing for Hull

Another player linked with Spurs has been Jarrod Bowen with Tottenham’s scouts watching the youngster in the winter window (h/t Sky Sports)

The Hull City forward has 18 goals and three assists in the Championship this season, and scored a pair in the win over Birmingham.

Hull lie four points off the play-off spots, and Bowen’s form could see them fight for promotion come the end of the season.

Tottenham didn’t sign any players in the past two windows, but these two English starlets would be great for the team.
