Jose Mourinho has no interest in re-signing Christian Eriksen
Eriksen joined Tottenham in the summer of 2013 from AFC Ajax and went on to establish himself as a key member of the side under Mauricio Pochettino. The Danish international was integral to our rise in stature as a top side in the Premier League in recent years.
However, the 28-year-old decided to leave the club last January, joining Serie A giants Inter Milan. But things haven’t gone according to plan for the playmaker in Italy. And in less than a year, Eriksen is expected to be on the move once the January transfer window opens. (h/t Football.london)
And, it is claimed that Tottenham had been offered a chance to bring back the Dane to the club. (h/t Football.london)
It is no secret that Daniel Levy tried very hard to convince Eriksen to stay before his transfer. However, the club has now turned down the chance to re-sign him, with manager Mourinho uninterested. (h/t Football.london)
The report claims that a club source told that Mourinho simply responded with a ‘no thanks’ when offered the opportunity to sign Eriksen. (h/t Football.london)
