Improve your experience in sports betting by having accounts in multiple online sportsbooks

Many of you might wonder why it is in your best interest to have more than one account in betting sites and bookmakers. Why is it that having accounts in multiple sportsbooks pays off and what are the basic advantages that bettors enjoy when they are registered with several online bookies?

Well, to start with, let’s see the basic role of the two main parties involved in any bet transaction. On the one hand we have the bookmakers – such as those that can be found at – who provide the space, the platform, the odds, the betting markets and the transactions required for people to wager. And on the other hand we have the bettors, who want to bet their money on a given sports outcome, results or any other events which can be the object of wagers.

To start betting, people need to register with a bookmaker or betting site. Once registered (a process which is not instant in most cases), customers can begin placing wagers according to will.

Now, if a bettor maintains only one account with a specific bookmaker, he ends up losing a lot of opportunities which would be realized if he were to have accounts in multiple betting sites.

Which are these opportunities? Well, these opportunities mostly relate to the chances of getting better odds for the same betting markets, the chances of finding more interesting bets (finding more betting markets on the same sporting event or more events to bet on) as well as the chances of taking advantage of multiple bonuses, promotions and special offers.

You might ask: Do these really matter? And the answer is, YES

* First of all, finding better odds for any given bet is one of the ultimate objectives in sports betting. Especially in non-core betting markets or not so popular events, you might realize that there is a great distance in prices.

And just as you would do market research before you were to buy any product or service, it is important to understand that market research is necessary in betting as well. So, having accounts in many different betting sites allows you not only to search for better prices, but also to do this efficiently, effectively and quickly.

* Second, finding more interesting bets has to do with two things. One is that with more accounts you are likely to have access to more events. If you are a fan of small leagues let’s say or if you are a fan of not-so-popular sports, then you might get troubled in finding all these in one sportsbook. You will need to have accounts in more than one site, if you want to be able to bet on such events.

Two, is that with more accounts you are likely to have access to more markets in the same events. Let’s say for instance that you want to place special bets on a major football event – the World Cup. Special or prop bets on players or on teams are not available to all bookmakers and this ends up limiting your choices. But if you are registered with several different sites you might more easily find what you are looking for.

* Third, taking advantage of more bonuses and promotions is a rather explicit and pretty straightforward benefit. The more the betting sites you are registered with the more bonuses you get. And it is not only the welcome bonuses, but other offers and promotions that run during the course of your betting journey in any given gambling site.

Just remember that betting sites and bookies don’t just try to attract new customers. They also want to retain their existing customers and to do so, they use such promotions. Therefore, being a customer of many sites means that you are entitled to many bonuses and special offers. And these offers can never be too many!

So, if you are still wondering whether it is good for you to have accounts in more than one bookie, just think of all the benefits you are getting by registering with several sites and all the opportunities you are missing by sticking to one single betting site.

Ditching a corporate job to follow a dream isn’t easy, but when football comes calling, who can say no? Been following the beautiful game since 1998.
