Another View from the Oppo ahead of our weekend encounter at Everton, couresty of Jogger.

Sunday’s North London derby is perhaps one of the most pivotal in recent seasons. For too long now, Tottenham have gone into the fixture as the underdogs and, more often than not, have come away empty-handed. Arsenal have regularly overcome their rivals with relative ease and often classified as the overwhelming favourites for the fiery encounter.

Well, that was surely a shock to the system hearing that the one and only prodigious Eden Hazard was eager on a move to White Hart Lane. Surely Philippe Auclair was just having Tottenham Hotspur fans on when he tweeted that the Belgian had revealed to France Football that he was ready to move to White Hart Lane.

As we all know, Sandro is a beast.

So, it’s all over until the summer. No more signings, no more exits; Harry Redknapp and co. have to make do with what they have until the end of the season. With that in mind, To the Lane and Back has taken the opportunity to overlook the arrivals and departures in depth.

As I write this, Swansea City are relishing the return of young Steven Caulker from injury. The England U-21 star suffered a knee problem back in September after colliding with a post during the 1-0 defeat to Arsenal at the Emirates. The Swans back-line had have been lacking the quality the 20-year-old brings to the defence for the best part of three-months following the injury.
