Tottenham interested in PSV forward Donyell Malen
Tottenham are the latest club interested in PSV Eindhoven star Donyell Malen, according to Calciomercato (h/t Daily Post).
The former Arsenal youngster has been sensational at the Dutch side and scored five goals against Vitesse in the league recently.
The 20-year-old forward has scored nine goals for PSV this season and even found the back of the net for the national side in their 4-2 win over Germany.
The Dutch forward has been on the rise since returning to the Netherlands, and the report claims that Everton are also keen on the 20-year-old. Malen has mostly played as the central striker, however, the youngster is comfortable on either wing.
Tottenham in need of another striker?
It was a little surprising not to see us land a striker in the summer after the departure of Fernando Llorente and Vincent Janssen.
Troy Parrott started in our Carabao Cup game against Colchester and could replace Harry Kane in some of the games this season.
However, the youngster is still a raw talent and we could do with someone who has more experience.
The Dutchman would provide Mauricio Pochettino with a lot of scope up front, and he would also provide competition to the likes of Son Heung-min and Lucas Moura.
