Stuttgart defender Serdar Tasci is a reported target for Tottenham according to the players’ agent.
The 24-year-old was a reported target for the North London side last summer and manager Harry Redknapp is said to retain an interest in the player.
£12m rated Tasci has been attracting interest with the likes of Juventus, Malaga and Lazio in recent weeks amid suggestions the player is ready to leave Stuttgart following the clubs poor season.
Now the players’ representative, Maurizio Gaudino, has revealed there is interest from the Premiership but inisted that talks of any imminent move are pre-mature.
“Tottenham and two other English clubs are keen on Serdar,” said Gaudino in The Sun.
“No discussions are yet under way, but it’s down to the interested clubs to speak with Stuttgart and myself.”
Spurs have also been linked with Gary Cahill of Bolton Wanderers as Redknapp looks to shore up his defence for next season.
