Tottenham have been linked with a move for Barcelona striker Bojan Krkic.
The 20-year-old came through the infamous La Masia youth acadmey before being promoted to the first team in 2007.
However, the form of Pedro, Lionel Messi and David Villa has seen Bojan fall down the pecking order with the Catalan side.
And despite the Spanish international admitting he is not looking to leave the Nou Camp, links with Liverpool and Roma have emerged as Barcelona look to sell.
Manager Harry Redknapp is keen to improve his strike-force which mustered a total of 18 league goals between the trio of Jermain Defoe, Roman Pavlyuchenko and Peter Crouch.
However, Barcelona have put a £20m asking price on Bojan’s head which could prove a major stumbling block in any move from Spurs especially with Redknapp being told he must sell before he can buy.
But with Pavlyuchenko and Defoe both linked with moves away from the club, the Spurs manager should be able to raise the necessary funds to make a move for Bojan.
The 20-year-old, who has scored 26 goals in 104 Barcelona appearances, is the latest striker to be linked with a move to White Hart Lane with the North London outfit linked for moves with Fernando Llorente and Giuseppe Rossi in recent days.
