FC Twente forward Bryan Luiz admits he would be open to a move to England following speculation he may leave the Dutch club.
North London rivals Tottenham and Arsenal have both been linked with moves for the Costa Rican international as both look to shore up their strike-force before the close of the transfer window.
Twente deny any contact has been made from either club for the 25-year-old but reports suggest that the Premiership would be his preferred destination should he leave the Eredivisie.
“I have three weeks left to transfer and I hope I can change to one of the best leagues, such as the English, otherwise I will stay in Twente,” he said.
“There is a team that is showing interest, but it will be my agent that keeps me informed about the negotiations.”
Luiz is believed to have a clause in his contract which means that any club could speak to the player and his representatives should they offer upwards of £13.75m.
