Isco

With just one more day to go until the transfer window closes, things are getting pretty interesting. The manager, a few weeks back, stated that he still is hoping to bring some new faces into the squad, but till date, the number of new signings is still intact.

While the manager is working on bringing in the players, he has recently completed the permanent transfers of some of his existing players. Federico Fazio has yet again left on loan to AS Roma, while recently, the out of favour Belgian winger Nacer Chadli has joined the fellow Premier League side West Bromwich Albion for a club‑record fee of £13m on a four-year deal.

With that being done, Spurs have also completed the transfer of Ryan Mason. The 25-year old midfielder has moved to Hull City for a club record fee of around £10 million.

With these two midfielders going out, Tottenham will be in dire need of a midfielder, and if the reports from the Mirror are to be believed, then the side are lining up a shock move for Real Madrid’s Spanish star Isco. The 24-year old has fallen down the pecking order at the Bernabeu and to get regular first-team action, the Spaniard might look to leave the club.

Isco1

Well, in that case; we believe that Isco would be a perfect fit for the side as he has got what it takes to contribute to Mauricio Pochettino’s plans. Talking about Isco, the player is known for his versatility. He started his career as an attacking midfielder and was also used as a second striker, but soon after his move to Real Madrid, he was shifted to a deeper role and he duly did the honour from there as well.

Being a Spanish blood, the player is known for his wonderful passing abilities, and his excellent vision and capability of reading the game always keeps him one step ahead of his opponent. Despite being an attack minded player, he is also praised for his defensive duties and also for his high intensity of pressing and that is what makes him a perfect buy for the club.

At Real Madrid, the player is having a stiff competition from the likes of Kroos, Modric, Casemiro and James, hence, leaving, on loan might be a good idea for all the parties involved. At White Hart Lane, the player would bring a bag full of Champions League experience and that would surely be a blessing for the side as they have some tough games ahead of themselves in the form of; Bayer Leverkusen, Monaco and CSKA Moscow.
