Tottenham exorcized some of the demons from their Europa League exit with a hammering of Stoke City. Harry Kane was the main man as he scored a hat-trick, yet again, and the rest of the Spurs players were on form as well.
Dele Alli got on the score sheet too and was great in the game, alongside Christian Eriksen. While Tottenham did move up to second place in the Premier League table before any of the other rivals played, they did send out a statement of intent.
Kane got his hat-trick in the first half and even setup Alli for the fourth goal and even though Spurs had a number of chances to add to the score sheet, Stoke City just about ensured they only conceded four goals.
