Arsenal’s miserable run continued at the Hawthorns as West Bromwich Albion inflicted a 3-1 loss to the Gunners. The London club had trouble playing against a well-drilled home side and it were the Baggies that took the lead through Craig Dawson.
Alexis Sanchez then levelled for the side before Hal Robson-Kanu and Dawson scored the remaining goals and damaged Arsenal’s chances of making it into the top four. While there were protests by a number of Arsenal fans after and before the game, it was the Tottenham supporters who took to Twitter and had a laugh at the expense of their rivals.
Tottenham are above Arsenal at the moment in the Premier League table and have a real chance of ending the season above their rivals. With Spurs looking set for Champions League qualification and Arsene Wenger on thin ice, Tottenham fans did take Twitter by storm.
