The rivalry between West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur is well documented and well-known as well. The fixture is always a fierce one with the fans passionately supporting their teams on the derby day. The players too enjoy the atmosphere and the scenes are always extraordinary.
These are the kind of games that the fans look forward and the channels make a great chunk of money as well.
The entire weekend usually revolves around derby matches and it is a part of every football follower’s life. When the usual becomes unusual, it is usually not accepted well enough.
West Ham United’s home game against Tottenham Hotspur has been moved for a Friday night and the fans were not all that pleased about it. The Hammers will now host Spurs at the London Stadium on Friday 5 May, with kick-off at 8 pm.
They took the Twitter to express their opinion and we managed to gather few of them here.
