He Is Back – Tottenham’s Goal Scoring Monster All Set To Return To Action Sooner Than Expected

Harry Kane

It is good news for Tottenham. As a matter of fact, it is great news, considering the impact the player has had when on the pitch for the club. His remarkable rise has been an unbelievable story and he is one of Tottenham’s own.

English superstar Harry Kane is almost there and could be back for Tottenham’s game against Bournemouth on April 15 . Sounds like a boon? That’s exactly what it is.

The Sun claim that the striker could return to action in mid-April, and just in time to aid Tottenham’s title charge.

Kane was sidelined for England’s internationals against Germany and Lithuania with an ankle injury he sustained in Spurs’ 6-0 win over Millwall earlier this month.

The Englishman left the pitch after just 10 minutes and was found leaving the stadium in crutches. It was a worrying sight for the Tottenham faithful to watch their beloved striker struggle his way out.

He was also absent in Spurs’ 2-1 win over Southampton prior to the international break. Spurs secured a 2-1 victory over Claude Puel’s Saints and missed out on the Lilywhites’ 2-0 win over Burnley over the past weekend as well.

However, it now looks like Tottenham have just a couple of games left to manage without their talisman. Son has deputised well for Harry Kane despite the returns not being at the level of the Englishman.

Spurs were handed a boost in the title race when Chelsea shockingly lost to Crystal Palace at home. And with Tottenham winning against Burnley and now against a resolute Swansea, the gap between them and the league leaders reduced to 7 points.

Harry Kane is all set to return and if he manages to find his usual goal-scoring form right from the get-go, then it is game on in the Premier League title race.
