Tottenham and Chelsea played out an incredible semi-final of the FA Cup at Wembley. The two best sides in England certainly showcased a lot of talent and goals were aplenty as the Blues defeated Spurs 4-2 to enter the final.
A topsy-turvy contest started with an early free-kick scored by Willian but Spurs hit right back as Harry Kane nodded in a Christian Eriksen cross. Willian then converted a controversial penalty which Victor Moses had won to send Chelsea 2-1 in the lead at half-time.
Tottenham were the dominant side after the break and Dele Alli scored a sumptuous goal from Eriksen’s cross but it was Eden Hazard and then a Nemanja Matic thunderbolt that sealed the win for the Blues.
As Chelsea celebrated their victory, the result could come as a blow for Tottenham’s Premier League hopes also due to a psychological blow.
There were a number of fans who were blown away by the match and here are some of the best updates from the world of Twitter.

Hey people! We haven’t lost the league yet, we are still very close to Chelsea. Only 4 points behind them, it’s still possible. Heads up!

The biggest regret is once again not killing off #Chelsea when clearly on top. Just like what happened at Stamford Bridge#CHETOT #COYS

I hate to say this but I have to question playing Son at LWB and leaving out Walker. It’s an FA Cup Semi Final Pochettino.

For reals though! Eriksen is criminally under rated #FACup
