You might have expected Harry Kane to slow down a bit and take it easy given it was the final game of a great season but the Englishman was on fire against Hull City as he claimed another hat-trick, after scoring four against Leicester City a few days ago.
This did guarantee Kane would easily usurp Romelu Lukaku in the goal scorers charts and ensured he kept his Golden Boot from last season. This was a clinical performance though and it was brilliant seeing the team play this well.
86 points from the season with a goal difference of +60 does suggest we are going in the right direction and our seven goals against Hull certainly will ensure this match stays in the memory of many.
Dele Alli, Victor Wanyama, Ben Davies and Toby Alderweireld got the other goals but rightly so, the talk of Twitter was Kane and here are how the Twitterati reacted to another incredible performance.
@HKane @SpursOfficial You're just a one season wonder… We all wonder how many more goals you will get each season. #OneOfOurOwn
