It seems to be happening. No, we are not talking about any of the transfers regarding our club. We are referring to all the crazy stuff happening at a certain another stadium in North London. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has agreed on a 2-year extension with the club, as confirmed by their official website.
For the first time ever since he took charge, we have finished above them in the league table and the way we have played in the last two seasons, it is evidence enough to see that Tottenham have clearly overtaken Arsenal.
While those Arsenal fans may not agree with this fact, Arsene Wenger would be knowing this deep inside. The news of Wenger’s contract extension went viral on the Internet and the Spurs faithful had a hearty laugh at the same. The Frenchman seems to have lost it all but does it mean he will resign as Arsenal manager? It doesn’t seem so!
The Arsenal fans themselves are not happy with the news. However, our fans seem to be happy that Arsene is staying. After all, he is taking Arsenal backwards and not forward.
