Tottenham might have suffered a heartbreaking defeat in the Champions League against Juventus but this was an apt response from Mauricio Pochettino’s side as we defeated Bournemouth convincingly 4-1 away from home.
The match didn’t start all too well for us as Junior Stanislas opened the scoring very early in the first half and there were fears that we would be suffering another defeat.
Things got worse for us as Harry Kane had to be taken off due to an injury but Son Heung-min and Christian Eriksen turned the match around for us with fine displays.
The equaliser came from Dele Alli but it was Son who got the two important goals, in the 62nd and 87th minute, before Serge Aurier completed the rout with a goal in added time.
The performance was incredible all around and this should serve us well as we are looking to finish in the top four. The win took us above Liverpool and hopefully, we can finish higher than third too as we look to chase down Manchester United.
Son was brilliant for us today, there is no doubt about that and we look at the best tweets shared on the social networking platform.
