Tottenham players returned to training at the Hotspur Way as our club released a few pictures through its official website.

Spurs triumphed 3-1 at Chelsea last weekend, winning at the Stamford Bridge for the first time since 1990. The victory last weekend saw Spurs take a giant step in a bid to finish in the top-four, extending our lead on the Blues to 8 points.

Mauricio Pochettino’s men are in a rich vein of form and are currently placed 4th in the Premier League, four points adrift of 2nd-placed Manchester United.

Spurs face Stoke City away on Saturday and will be looking for a win to keep the pressure up on Liverpool and United.

Ahead of the Stoke clash, the Spurs players were spotted in fine spirits. The most pleasing sight was Harry Kane’s presence in training after his second-half substitute appearance in the 3-1 win over Chelsea.

The striker injured his ankle last month at Bournemouth but he has recovered swiftly to make himself available at the crucial juncture of the season.

Eric Dier was spotted sharing a joke with teammate Dele Alli, who was the star in our victory at the Bridge last weekend. Alli scored a quickfire second-half brace that turned the tide against the Blues.

Attackers Heung-min Son and Christian Eriksen looked in good spirits, with Mousa Dembele also spotted smiling.

Lucas Moura has had a good start to life at Tottenham since joining the club from PSG in January. The jet-heeled Brazilian was snapped practising free-kicks, alongside Kane and Kieran Trippier.

After a cracking victory over Antonio Conte’s Chelsea, it’s time for Spurs to take another step towards finishing in the top-four, by beating Stoke on Saturday.
