As per a report from Daily Mail, Tottenham Hotspur are interested in a summer move for Paris Saint-Germain left-back Layvin Kurzawa. The report has claimed that the defender can leave PSG if he wishes to and considering the shortage of regular game time, an exit would be a step in the right direction for the 25-year-old.
After dropping bundles of cash to sign the likes of Kylian Mbappe and Neymar last summer, PSG were thought to have purchased a golden ticket to attaining European glory.
However, they found out the hard way that the path to Champions League success is a little tougher and now, they are left with broken dreams.
To raise funds and balance the books, the club could sell a few of their players this summer. Considering the fact that the player is keen to clock regular minutes on the field, Kurzawa should get offloaded in the summer.
Daily Mail have claimed that Kurzawa is being monitored by a few Premier League bigwigs but if we make a smart move, we could land him. It was only in January that we successfully managed to sign Lucas Moura from PSG and there is no reason why we cannot do the same to bring Kurzawa to North London.
The report has also gone on to claim that we are likely to lose Danny Rose this summer and that we are expecting offers for him. If this happens, the need for a new left-back will be all the more crucial.
However, is Kurzawa the right choice? What’s your opinion on this?
