Harry Kane has had a bit of a poor time in recent weeks especially after claiming the winner in the Stoke City game, wherein he barely touched the ball.
He then was mocked by the FA after they put out a rather distasteful tweet following Tottenham’s FA Cup semi-final loss to Manchester United. However, the England striker did take some time off to meet with one of the best directors in the world in Guy Ritchie.
Kane posted an image on Instagram with the director and even though he did not suggest what the pair was working on, it could have been a new advert or project for Nike, given that our striker was sporting the branded gear from the kit manufacturers.
The Englishman will need to bang in a few more goals before the end of the season in order to overtake Mohamed Salah at the top of the scorer’s charts.
Kane will have to be in good form at the end of the season as he would also be leading the line for the England national team in the upcoming World Cup.
It will be interesting to see if he can somehow usurp Salah to winning the Golden Boot, given that the Liverpool man only has a couple of games left in the Premier League season while we have three.
Salah is currently four goals ahead of Kane with 31 for the campaign but after a demanding clash against AS Roma, the Reds play Chelsea at the weekend. It will not be an easy game for them but Tottenham, meanwhile, face an easier tie against West Bromwich Albion.
Hopefully, Kane can bag a hat-trick or two and pick up this title to build up for a good World Cup.
