Tottenham recently stated that the first game of the Premier League season at our new £850m stadium would be against Liverpool in September and the club is doing their bit to provide updates on how much work is being done on the stadium.
Spurs shared a number of images showing the progress of the stadium as we prepare for the new season. The West Atrium looks almost ready while there is some work to be done for the escalators being installed in the stadium.
There are a number of seats that have already been installed inside and a grand view of the stadium bowl certainly gives us an idea of what the atmosphere at the new home could be like.
One of the major talking points has to be the NFL pitch and the retractable feature of the stadium, and work seems to be on pace to ensure this is ready to use from day one.
The report also shared images of the goalpost holders and also the restrooms, which have a yellow and blue colour combination.
Finally, the concrete lettering is up on the stadium and of course, if features our motto “To Dare Is To Do”.
The stadium is going to be one of the best in the world and I cannot wait for Liverpool’s visit as we open a new chapter in the history of Tottenham.
