Tottenham put on high alert as target with €40m release clause is likely to be sold by his club

AC Milan could be looking to sell one their stars in hopes of raising enough funds to buy players this season, according to Corriere dello Sport (h/t Calciomercato).

The report claims that Milan will have to sell players to bring in new recruits and the club will be looking to cash into Tottenham target Suso.

The 24-year-old Spaniard can play either as a central midfielder or out wide and can link up with the attack too. Suso played in 35 Serie A games last season and scored six goals while providing assists for seven more.

The former Liverpool man would be a great addition to the side given that he knows the Premier League well and would be a great fit for our playing style.

The report claims that the Spaniard has a release clause of €40million and has a contract with the Serie A club till 2022.

Milan’s loss is certainly something we should look to exploit as someone of Suso’s stature would never be available for such a low fee.

The 24-year-old could be a star for us and his experience will certainly work out in our favour.

We haven’t bought any player this summer so far but if we are to start with someone who could become a star in the coming years, Suso would be a great purchase in the ongoing transfer window.
