Tottenham Hotspur face an early test of their Premier League credentials as Mauricio Pochettino’s men take on Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Spurs have maximum points from two games but they will face a tough United side that lost against Brighton & Hove Albion in the last round.
Spurs do not have any fresh injury concerns for their trip to Old Trafford and here is our predicted XI for the clash against United.
Predicted Tottenham XI
Manager: Mauricio Pochettino
Formation: 3-5-2
Hugo Lloris (GK)
Even with the drunk driving arrest on Friday, Lloris should remain in the side as he is one of the best keepers in the world.
Davinson Sanchez (CB)
Sanchez has grown leaps and bounds since his move to Spurs last season and the Colombian should continue in the defence against the Red Devils.
Jan Vertonghen (CB)
The Belgian is a rock at the back and it is hard to imagine a quality Tottenham defence without the former Ajax man.
Toby Alderweireld (CB)
Alderweireld was quality in our last game against Fulham and the Belgian must relish the challenge of doing well for Tottenham against United.
Eric Dier (DM)
The English midfielder doesn’t do a lot of fancy tricks on the pitch but he is quite consistent. It will be interesting to see how he fares against his United counterparts.
Kieran Trippier (RWB)
Trippier has become one of the best wing-backs in the country and he proved his dead-ball ability in our win over Fulham with a goal.
Christian Eriksen (CM)
Eriksen is one of the stars in the Premier League and his ability to unlock defences will be key to defeating United.
Dele Alli (CM)
The Englishman might be busy with his celebrations but there is no doubt that he can hurt United if he gets his act right on the pitch.
Ben Davies (LWB)
The Welshman has kept Danny Rose out of the team for almost a year and he should receive a start for this one as well.
Lucas Moura (ST)
Moura scored in the win over Fulham and the Brazilian should come into the game with a lot of confidence.

Harry Kane (ST)
Kane broke his August scoring duck against Fulham last week. However, he must play at his best to get three points at Old Trafford.
