Tottenham have sent emails to season ticket holders that their access cards for the new stadium will be shared soon, according to Football.london.
The report claims that Tottenham are gearing up for the 15th December match against Burnley in our new home.
The email was shared to Football.london by a ticket holder and read:
“We should like to take this opportunity to apologise to all season ticket holders for the delay in receiving this year’s Membership Packs.
“We are now pleased to say that we have started issuing your packs, complete with 2018/19 stadium access cards. You will be alerted via email once your pack has been despatched.
“Since the beginning of the season, we have been undertaking thorough checks on all seating inventory and data to ensure accuracy once access cards are printed.
“Please note, the access cards will only work at the new stadium and should not be used for any subsequent home matches played at Wembley.”
Tottenham had earmarked 15th September as the initial inaugural date for the stadium, however, various issues lead to delays.
Mauricio Pochettino recently claimed that we could play games there before Christmas but the report adds that the club have not made a decision as to when the venue would host its first match.
Tottenham need to hold some test events before opening the new stadium and those dates are yet to be announced.
