Son Heung-min was excellent in our 3-1 win over West Ham in the Carabao Cup. The South Korean scored a brace at the London Stadium and set up a clash against Arsenal in the next round of the competition.
Son hasn’t had the greatest of seasons for Tottenham this season. The former Leverkusen man picked up the Asian Games gold with the national side but didn’t have a single goal for Spurs coming into this tie.
That all changed at the London Stadium, and the Asian’s form will be important as we look to challenge for top honours this season.
“Finally, I’m back to scoring!”

Hopefully, the brace will give him the confidence to score more goals for Tottenham. Son even apologised for not finding the back of the net earlier, and a number of Spurs fans loved his reaction after the game.
@Glunn_96 such a pure soul, we must protect him at all costs

And back to smiling. I’m sad when Son’s sad. So it’s nice to see how a couple of goals can lift all of our spirits. Roll on Saturday.
