Tottenham’s new stadium won’t be ready by the end of the year, however, a lot of work is being done at the ground.
The latest update from the New Spurs Stadium account displays the pitch markings on the turf, and we also get a glimpse of a number of seats installed around the stadium.
Our home’s inauguration has been delayed since the start of the campaign. We were expected to face Liverpool on 15 September, however, there is no final date as to when the venue will host its first game.

The stadium is still a marvel and is set to be one of the best in the world. Tottenham have really gone all out to make our new home feel special, and it is a little upsetting that we haven’t been able to play games here.
A number of Tottenham fans were excited at the latest developments in the ground and shared their reactions on Twitter.
What I like best about the new Spurs stadium having now had the pleasure & honour of spending a lot of time in it and despite its new & shiny exterior it really feels like home. The benefit of staying in N17 will prove to be a wise move in the long term. #COYS

Just need some white seating on that south stand in the shape of the cockerel, then would be absolutely mint. Maybe next year lol🤷🏻♂️

This is as much torture as when they reseeded our school field (was previously all stingies) and we weren’t allowed to go on the grass for 6 months.
