Tottenham have a couple of tough Champions League ties ahead as the club looks to qualify for the next round.
Our first clash is against Inter Milan and we need to beat the Italians on Wednesday. The final group clash for Spurs isn’t any easy either as we face Barcelona at the Nou Camp.
The Catalans are having a mixed season, given that they haven’t been able to pull away at the top of the Spanish league and now two players could be out for a while.
Football.london reports that Sergi Roberto and Rafinha picked up injuries during the 1-1 draw against Atletico Madrid.
Roberto is expected to be out for a month with a hamstring injury while Barcelona confirmed that Rafinha had torn his left ACL and could be out for a number of months.
This is a major boost for Spurs. Although Rafinha hasn’t featured regularly for the Catalans, Roberto is a regular first-teamer and his loss could be felt by the Catalans.
Barcelona come calling in December but beating Inter is the pressing concern for Spurs. We were brilliant after the international break in the win over Chelsea and have to tap into that form for the rest of the season.

Tottenham proved that they can be unplayable against a top side on Saturday, and hopefully, we will do the same to Inter Milan in a couple of days.
