Tottenham are interested in Romanian international Dennis Man, according to the Sun. The 20-year-old has been great for FCSB this season with seven goals from 23 games.
The report adds that Mauricio Pochettino sent a scout to watch the youngster in action against Viitorul Constanta, but the match was called off on Sunday.
The midfielder has been often played out on the right wing this season, and the report adds that Manchester United are also keeping tabs on the Romanian.
FCSB are looking to make a huge profit on their star, as per the report, with Roma and Fenerbahce also interested in the 20-year-old.
The report adds that the Turkish side bid close to £2.5million but the owner of FCSB wants more than ten times that value for Man.
The Sun claims that the 20-year-old could leave for a fee lower than that, and it will be interesting to keep a track on the youngster for the remainder of the campaign.
Spurs have had a few Romanians play in recent years with Vlad Chiriches spending a couple of years at the club.
