Some Tottenham players enjoyed a well-deserved night out watching darts after the 1-0 win over Burnley.
Christian Eriksen came up with a late goal to keep us chasing the top two in the Premier League. While it was tough beating the Clarets, the trio of Danny Rose, Kieran Trippier and Dele Alli were at Ally Pally where Michael van Gerwen was in action (h/t Mirror).
Trippier had only returned from a minor knock and he had a decent night against the Clarets, however, he did look a bit rusty.
Rose was rather poor in the final third as he joined our attack as but his deliveries into the box weren’t great. There was also one moment where his attempted cross actually his other foot and went out for a goal kick.
The other Englishman from the trio, Alli, wasn’t great either, but he did run his socks off for the team.
Tottenham’s next game isn’t easy as we play Arsenal in the Carabao Cup and it will be interesting to see if we can grind out a result against the Gunners at the Emirates.

Arsenal defeated us 4-2 a few weeks ago and we need to avenge that defeat in midweek.
