Paris Saint-Germain star Adrien Rabiot has refused to sign a new deal with the French giants as he looks for a move away in the January window, according to reports from France (h/t Metro).

Tottenham are one of the Premier League clubs trying to lure the 23-year-old to England, however, Le10Sport (h/t Metro) claims that PSG officials have told that the Frenchman isn’t interested in joining Spurs.

The other clubs interested in the midfielder are Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Barcelona and Juventus (h/t Metro).

Tottenham need midfield options given the fitness concerns of Mousa Dembele and Victor Wanyama in recent years.

Spurs were handed another blow when Eric Dier was ruled out for more than a month after undergoing surgery to remove his appendix.

Tottenham have made a great start to the Premier League season and lie just six points behind Liverpool. However, all our good work will go down the drain if we don’t have enough fit players for the second half of the campaign.

Rabiot would have been an excellent signing but we need to bring some players into the side in the winter window.
