One of the stars from this Tottenham campaign has to be Paulo Gazzaniga. The Argentine, who was third-choice behind Hugo Lloris and Michel Vorm at the start of the season, did exceptionally well when the pair of keepers was injured.

The 26-year-old Gazzaniga has played all our Carabao Cup games and even started against Huddersfield, Brighton and PSV Eindhoven.

The Argentine is yet to taste defeat this season and pulled off a fantastic save in our recent 2-0 win over Arsenal.

The result set up a tasty London derby in the Carabao Cup semi-finals against Chelsea, and Gazzaniga could get a chance to impress against the Blues too.

The 26-year-old even made it to the Argentina national side recently and played in a 2-0 friendly win over Mexico.

The keeper seems to be getting better with games under his belt and many fans have taken a liking to him. Lloris might be the captain and first-choice keeper at the moment but many Tottenham fans were certain Gazzaniga was ready for the big job.
