Christian Eriksen became the latest to have played 250 games for Tottenham. The 26-year-old joined Spurs from Ajax in 2013 and has become one of the best attackers in the world.
Eriksen achieved this milestone in our shocking 3-1 loss to Wolverhampton Wanderers, which handed Liverpool the chance to open their lead at the top of the Premier League table.
The Reds took their chance well with a 5-1 hammering of Arsenal, and Eriksen was not the only player that had a poor game at Wembley.
Not the best way to finish 2018! Luckily 2019 is just around the corner 💪🏻 proud to have played 250 games! #coys #ce23 https://t.co/k3WgCmNgFT

The next task for Spurs is an away trip to Cardiff City, and the promoted side will not be easy fodder given their recent win over Leicester City.
Eriksen has had his troubles with injuries as the Dane has only made 12 Premier League starts for us this season but his return isn’t bad with three goals and seven assists.
The attacker is out of contract with the club in 2020 and has been linked with a move to Spanish giants Real Madrid (h/t Marca).
The former Ajax man is a quality star and losing him would be a big blow to Mauricio Pochettino.
However, many Spurs fans believed Eriksen could turn things around at Tottenham and wanted the Dane to sign a new deal and remain at the club.
Don’t give up Chris
