The Daily Mail reports that Tottenham could share their new stadium with NFL team the Oakland Raiders in 2019.

Tottenham’s new stadium is yet to feature a game after repeated delays and we have had to play our home ties at Wembley.

Oakland were to play at our new ground in October since the stadium was not complete the game was shifted to Wembley.

The report adds that the Raiders are in talks to play a full home season, eight games, at the new stadium and our new home features a separate NFL pitch. This should avoid the problems we faced with the poor condition of the pitch when Manchester City came to visit Wembley.

There are problems with the NFL side as the team is planning a shift to Las Vegas and their stadium will not be ready before the 2020 season, as per the report.

The Raiders have several options in American with options in San Francisco and San Diego, but Tottenham could be a serious contender for the NFL side.

The new ground could be a great stadium to provide NFL fans a proper home season, however, that should not come at a cost that affects our running.

The stadium is expected to host NFL games for a while, but this should not be a problem for us at our new home.
