Tottenham don’t have it easy in their Carabao Cup semi-final first leg as we play Chelsea at Wembley. The Blues were easily defeated in a meeting earlier in the season, and we come into the tie high on confidence.
Spurs were incredible in the FA Cup thrashing of Tranmere as we scored seven past our opponents. Mauricio Pochettino shuffled his pack for the tie as Fernando Llorente scored a hat-trick against the lower league side.
The Argentine could end up playing some of our best players against the Blues, and here is our predicted line-up for the clash on Tuesday.
Predicted Tottenham XI
Formation: 4-2-3-1
Manager: Mauricio Pochettino
Paulo Gazzaniga (GK)
Although Hugo Lloris is the No.1, we should stick with Gazzaniga for the cup games as the Argentine has been excellent this season.
Kieran Trippier (RB)
Trippier should return to the side after getting a bit of a break against Tranmere.
Toby Alderweireld (CB)
The Belgian is another player that should return to the starting XI ahead of this huge clash.
Jan Vertonghen (CB)
Davinson Sanchez was great in our win over Tranmere but we could see Toby paired with Belgian teammate Vertonghen.
Danny Rose (LB)
Another player that should return to the side in place of Ben Davies. Rose has been excellent in some games and his delivery in the final third has to be perfect on Tuesday.
Harry Winks (CM)
The Englishman has become a key figure in this Tottenham side this season and should start for us against Chelsea.
Moussa Sissoko (CM)
Sissoko is another player that is playing to his best ability, and he should be in line to start for Tottenham.
Son Heung-min (RAM)
Son will be a huge miss once he leaves for the Asian Cup, but we should use him for as long as possible.
Dele Alli (CAM)
The Englishman is slowly finding his groove after a slow start to the campaign. Alli has to be at his best on Tuesday.
Christian Eriksen (LAM)
The Dane has been excellent in recent weeks and his creativity will be one of the keys to defeating Chelsea.

Harry Kane (ST)
Kane was brought on in the final minutes against Tranmere and got a goal, and he seems in great touch ahead of the Chelsea clash.
