Tottenham were unlucky in their 1-0 defeat at the hands of Manchester United at Wembley. Spurs threw everything at the Red Devils but David de Gea stood tall with some outstanding saves.
Although the defeat put a dampener on our title hopes, there was more concern regarding a couple of players that picked up injuries.
Harry Kane was seen limping off the pitch after some treatment at the end of the game, and Moussa Sissoko was another player that needed had to be replaced.
The Frenchman has been excellent for Spurs this season, and had a pretty decent game, especially in the first half.
Sissoko’s game, however, was cut short before the end of the first half as he was replaced in the 43rd minute.
Mauricio Pochettino claimed the Frenchman has to be assessed and hopefully, he will not be out for too long.
This latest injury provides Tottenham with a major headache as Eric Dier is still recuperating from his appendix operation while Victor Wanyama is barely fit to start games for us this season.
Sissoko was in the form of life Tottenham career this season, and we need him to return soon ahead of some tough games in the coming weeks.
Several Spurs fans were concerned about the Frenchman, and here are their reactions to the injury.
I’d rather you just stabbed me in the eyes to be honest

Spurs may have to move to a back 3 in the big games. Sissoko is a huge blow, Dembele going. If we get to cup final it’s going to be very difficult. Spurs are too opened
