Tottenham are interested in PSV winger Steven Bergwijn, according to the Sun.
The Dutch talent has been in sensational form for the Eredivisie leaders, scoring nine times and providing eight assists in 17 league appearances this season.
The 21-year-old can play across the front line but does his best work in the wide positions.
The Dutch international is also being scouted by Manchester United. The report claims that the Red Devils watched the 21-year-old in action against Emmen in a 2-2 draw.
The report adds that United are “chasing” the attacker for a deal worth £25million and there is further interest from West Ham, Inter Milan and Bournemouth.
Bergwijn would be a fantastic signing for Tottenham given his versatility. At £25million, he would be valuable too.
Mauricio Pochettino could do with some attackers at the club given our injury concerns. Also, we have a history of working well with talent from the Eredivisie.
Christian Eriksen, Jan Vertonghen and Davinson Sanchez all signed from Ajax while Toby Alderweireld is also an Ajax product.
We didn’t do well with Vincent Janssen but Bergwijn seems to be a quality player with the potential to get better in the coming years.
There is instability at United as far as their new manager is concerned. Meanwhile, Tottenham are doing fine under Pochettino.

The Argentine has a history of working well with young players. It would be great if the Dutch talent is the latest to develop under our manager.
