Tottenham celebrated another late win, courtesy of Son Heung-min. The South Korean came up with the goal in the 83rd minute as we defeated a resolute Newcastle side.

The three points lifted us to second in the Premier League, however, Manchester City reclaimed their spot by thrashing Arsenal 3-1.

The 1-o win, once again, proved our mental fortitude and the ‘never give up’ attitude, and Toby Alderweireld summed up the win perfectly.

Harry Kane might have missed the game due to injury, but the Englishman is always quick to praise the team.

The other Harry in the side, Harry Winks, celebrated his birthday and was happy to collect three points as a present.

Paulo Gazzaniga is another star that is active on Twitter. The reserve keeper didn’t play in the game, but he was quick to celebrate the win over the Magpies.

Moussa Sissoko has to be one of the surprise stars from the season. The Frenchman has been incredibly consistent for Spurs and was happy that we kept chipping away until the end.

Alderweireld’s defensive partners, Jan Vertonghen, Davinson Sanchez and Kieran Trippier also shared their happiness at picking up the tough win.

Vertonghen also achieved a milestone in the win over the Magpies, given this was his 200th Premier League game for Spurs.

The win was another example of Spurs finding a way to win, and hopefully, we keep performing in the same manner for the rest of the campaign.
